You provide directly

  • Volunteer application: name, contact details, and the information you enter on the application form.
  • Donations: donation amount, frequency, payment method selected, and, where you upload one, a payment receipt for verification. Card, UPI, and netbanking details are handled directly by our payment partner — we do not store your card or bank credentials on our servers.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.

  • Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working correctly.
  • If you install this site as an app, your device may store site data locally (via a service worker) so pages you've already visited open faster and work offline.
